		<description>i just heard about this concept yesterday. i understand the technical difficulties of operating an industrial size elevator to lift cars in residential buildings. fire departments frown upon things like gasoline being placed in vulnerable spots.

but i still think this idea is terrific. the story of this coming century will be providing goods and services to the elite that enable them to overcome the everyday problems that everyone else has to face. and parking is an ideal example; even Warren Buffet might want to drive a car at some point but he certainly doesn&#039;t want to park it if it&#039;s a hassle.</description>
