Zaha Hadid Rage

Seems like the folks from the Curbed hates Zaha Hadid, they have insiders reporting to them on the working environment in Zaha Hadid’s office and from what I’ve read, Zaha Hadid’s chaotic design really do reflect her own personality. From what I’ve read and understand:
- Zaha’s favorite sports (late 90’s) is “Shot Put” minus the steel ball and include the CRT computer screen.
- Zaha’s favorite sports (early 2000) is “Flick” minus the disk and include the LCD computer screen.
- Favorite quote: How can they do such a thing? (changing the design).
When the word goes round that Zaha is about to arrive in the office, there is much feverish tidying of desks. Even so, the story goes that on a bad day she can be inclined to do a bit of extra cleaning herself: a sweep of her arm can send your stuff flying across the room. Once, I’m told, Zaha managed to hurl a computer monitor to the floor so violently that it spectacularly exploded. I notice that they’ve all got flat screens these days. As one of her former assistants told me: “It’s never dull, but she’s a complete nutcase. You’re dealing with a screaming harpie most of the time. In a way it’s quite sad. I think she may be unhappy with herself. She’s chaotic.”
