Google Earth and SketchUp is a deadly combination, knowing the threat, the people at Autodesk has just release a new addon for AutoCAD 2007. A plugin that enable AutoCAD user to export their 3D to Google Earth’s KML file. The Google Earth Extension work with AutoCAD 2007, Architectural Desktop 2007, Autodesk® Civil 3D 2007, and Autodesk Map 3D 2007. Earlier and Autodesk Civil 3D 2007.
Here is a little warning from Autodesk that the plugin for exporting KML file is in alpha and beta mode, which means they are really cool technology, unsupported and you use it at your own risk.
