The buildings were builded as vacational vailla and focus on the richers. But the windows and electronic parts couldn't anti salty wind in the bay. So no one want to live in such a bad circustance. This community is aside of sea front in San Zhi. Driving from Taipei to San Zhi only cost 1 hr. You can go in the villa and take some pictures in these days before dismantling. Do not be afraid if you find a stranger in your pic. Because he is a real person (tourist). Now it is still a pretty town located in taipei county!Twenty or thirty years ago, it was a beautiful vacation center. They were abandoned because the manufacturer and the land owner couldn't make the agreement.
