High Rise Properties - The Rotating City

This require little imagination but tons of money, it is just a proposal. The rotating City will consist of everything a child could think of, from a rotating villas to rotating restaurants, rotating hotels to flying villas, you name it, they’ve got it all. I guess UAE developer, High Rise Properties and the architect has a grand plan to work with China for the moon base program in year 2020.

There is this weird looking finger like building, the newspaper is in Arabic and I’ve got no idea what it is all about but whatever that is, it looks high tech, almost impossible to be built. Yes, this is Dubai.
