Found this 300 dpi layered (un-flattened) Photoshop PSD files, they are architectural templates where the layers in Photoshops are preserved (Screenshot below), therefore making it editable. All you need to do is render your 3D perspective according to the 3 point perspective (or was it UCL?) of the template and swap the existing building with yours.

It is a small investment if you’re into 3D renderings, imagine the amazing portfolio you’ll be having and the potential revenue as your business builds up due to word of mouth.

    I would leave them unflattened to allow people who use them to be able to fade, change color, feather, etc. more easily.
