The Service Tunnel in Disneyland

According to ekday, Disneyland is built on the 1st floor and the tunnels that exist are at the ground level, technically the park is built on top of them. Which explain the mystery of why there there is no service lanes in Disneyland, the main reason for having this network of sophisticated tunnels is the ability to get from wardrobe to your spot, “on stage,” without crossing lands.

The tunnels are fairly simple, a large circle with a line through it. The next question is “How big is the tunnel?”

Well, basically plenty of room to walk and for a full size truck to pass by. There are also offices, storage, kitchens, break rooms, two employee cafeterias and many more… eat your heart of Osama bin Laden!
