Located opposite of Paramount LRT Station in Malaysia, the Paramount View Condominium has half of the units facing the LRT station and high tension cables. About 2 years ago the previous state government approved the building of this condominium; question is how on earth did they get approved in the first place?

Did I mention the current state government is not going to issue Certificate of Fitness (CF) unless the developer settle all outstanding matters following the dispute with surrounding residents, meaning to say, no electricity and water. To make matter worst, Kg Tunku residents wants the condo residence to use their own road to Paramount View Condo. No water, no electricity, lots of noise, near an electric pylon, no access road… … almost 80 – 90% sold, what are you guys waiting for?

Only in Malaysia. Third world country with out of the world mentality. Perhaps the electric pylon is meant to be a fire escape structure/route.
