Chinese Wedding Ceremony

All the best to both my primary and high school friends – Ling Jig Yuen and Yong Hong Lui, so they finally married, wish them a life of marital bliss. Please visit my personal (and photography) blog misterhobbes.net for more images, to the newlywed couple, I would to take this opportunity to apologize my terrible temper on that day, I could have taken more photos but was annoyed by another professional photographer wannabe.

Rule #1 in photography, never get into another photographer’s way, maybe I am made out of glass or I am actually six feet under decaying and my soul wanders around with the living, which explains why he loves to appear (with the intention of taking the same shot) right in front of me with his camera when I am about to press that magical button on my Canon 450D. WTF! THAT WAS SO FXXXing RUDE! I was mad, furious, and angry; I wanted to rearrange his face, no, I wanted to squeeze the protein rich juice out of his raisin size testicles and tie a pretty ribbon out of his soon-to-be elongated 2 inch dick.

Not wanting to spoil my friend’s wedding, I took a deep breath and performed Wing Chun’s infamous KungFu style – the chain punching, shoved my Canon Speedlite 430EX II flash gun up his hairy ass told myself to forget about it, let it be, kept my camera into my bag and enjoyed the free food.

Architecture Photography Competition

Architecture Photography Competition

If you’re into architecture and photography, here is the good news – Microsoft is having this architecture photography competition for all residents of Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, India, and Mainland China above the age of 21. I’ve seen lots of photography competition but non of them has the architecture category, but that doesn’t mean Project Shutter on Windows Live is the first, the world is huge.

Deadline is June 29th, 2007 at 11:59 PM Singapore time (GMT +8). Am I submitting any of my photos? unlikely, anyway you guys should check out the gallery, some of the photos are really good.
