Architecture Illustration water colour marker presentation

Those were the days before CAD. Found this housing brochures in my boss’s office, and to my surprise it is not some project dated 20 years ago but 2 years ago. I love these manual technique of presentation and won’t mind taking up this course and be a specialist in the architecture illustration field. I was told that Sunderland University offers courses in 3D presentation using CAD, but am wondering is there any other universities besides Slunderland offering architecture presentation using the technique above? Old is gold after all.
