I’ve been really really busy for the entire week, assignments are snowballing while my balls shrink to the size of a raisin, this week’s presentation must have been the shortest ever in my life as an architecture student, 48 hours for 4 presentation boards and a model, and it is the ugliest, dullest boards and worst 3d rendering I’ve ever done.
I’ll blog more about it tomorrow.
Anyway, while I was browsing the net for some interesting building, I stumble upon this interesting Spanish blog – DAMN.
This article on Bodegas and offices commercial Huanacu Ltda caught my attention, the simplicity of the design or shall I say artistically messy yet pleasant to the eyes speaks volume of the overall architecture.
This is what I think architecture should be, could be, most architects find it hard to balance themselves between designing a good looking building and building a economically reasonable structure. The Bodges and Offices is a fine example of complexity in the simplest form. Genius.
